That is a breath taking view. No good for asthamatics. Portland does look very picturesque (spelling?) compared to saitama. I'm also sorry we didn't get to hug wee man but then like you say it means we will meet again. Currently waiting on a transfer to Okinawa with the good lady Delphine. Everyone has been drummmed into thinking it takes 5 years to get there...funny really cos once the requests were in, nova said they are short in NAHA the capital. So it seems people get told 'It takes 5 years' so they dont do it...fools! The beach will be mine, it will be mine. I'll keep checking your blog if you keep writing. Missing you. Matty
